Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: May 7, 2025 We’re excited to welcome you to PIXELTONE. Please read our booking policy carefully before reserving your session. ✅ Booking Process All sessions must be booked in advance via our website. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. ⏰ Studio Hours Booking slots are available 9am - midnight 7 days a week. Extended or overnight sessions are available upon request. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Cancel less than 48 hours before your session: NO refund or reschedule. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at PixelTonePro@gmail.com or through your confirmation link. 🕓 Late Arrivals Your session starts and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals DO NOT extend session time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may cancel your session without refund. 📹 Studio Rules Treat the space and equipment with respect. You are financially responsible for any damage during your session. Security cameras monitor the facility for safety (video only, no audio). 💼 Commercial Use If you plan to film, record for commercial release, or use the space for client work, please indicate this during booking. 🤝 Need Help?
